
Dear god i can live on latte macchiato.. seriously i dont get hungry either when i drink the.. only bad thing, 85 calories in one.. but so far today i have had 3 macchiatos and a small bowl of cereal with milk.

i am so sorry for being so silent.. i am having alot of things to deal with both with myself and in my life. hopefully everything will get better soon.

Lunch: lettuce, corn, 4 slices of ham 50 calories
dinner: 1/2 cup macaroni (195),corn, ground chicken (140), ketchup (15)
binge: hamburger 270 calories, slice of bread with nutella 109 :(
Total calories in : 776
workout: dancing-88, stretching-25, strenght-206, walking 20 fast minutes-65 = -384
total net calories : 392.
I can’t believe i actually kept inside my calories even with a binge. thank god for exercise!!
you cant live with 400 calories a day idiot.
It is more like 1200 calories a day. I dont count any fruit or vegetables, and i eat LOTS of fruit during my days..
I have had one plum and one apple and some tea with creamer(15) so far today.. now i am jumping around in my underwear cleaning the house and hoping to burn some calories. Also had about 200 mg of coffeine today so i have a ton of energy!
wow i ate 600 calories worth of pasta! well i have not gone over my limit, but i feel so guilty and bloated!!! i think i have to do some crunches and drink some green tea :)
I am so sore today! My thighs and butt are killing me! but that is just good because now i know i did the workout right :D Was outside walking for about 20 minutes in the sun, and now i am just watching tv and snuggling with my boyfriend<3
Well last night was a story on its own. It included alcohol, so i have no idea on how many calories i actually had, so i did not count it. Today i am better, and i started my day with vitamins, water and a nectarine and green tea :) so now i feel better, and not that hangover or full of crappy foods.. I actually don’t drink alcohol that often, so it feels a bit strange today.
